Once our proposal is accepted, the client will receive a copy for digital signature. Then, that proposal will turn into the service contract for recruitment and selection, and the project will formally begin. After this the client will schedule a briefing meeting with our specialists, where we will give a consult on posts and wages for that segment, and all of the fine prints of the project, such as deadlines and landmarks, will be decided. To make sure Foursales has a through understanding of the project, we send our clients the “Project Briefing” document, and it will guide the delivery of the project, sending in 3 to 5 best professionals to the client.

When the placement hired by the client resigns or is dismissed on the timeframe contractually agreed upon, Foursales will begin a new recruitment process free of charge. This warranty is valid for the same professional profile and same wages and deadlines as before. The client must request the warranty in 30 days from the dismissal or resignation of the candidate; after this time, the warranty is void.

In the event that any candidate is referred to the job opening by the client, a 10% discount will be applied on the final invoice of the project. In case the client directly hires the professional, without the full analysis and comparison by Foursales, this discount will not be applied.

For executive search projects, yes. We work these projects alongside our clients, meaning, any candidates identified by the client, internal or external, must be presented to Foursales and will be part of the project. Finally they will be compared by our consultants and included (or not) in the Short-list.
