Yes, our marketplace applies a success fee and is not exclusive. This product was designed specifically to serve as a cheap alternative with no commitment (“low price”), serving as an alternative to our “premium” executive search service.

The current average rate (04/23/2021) of closing vacancies via the marketplace is approximately 25%. Since this product is a self-service, that is, we deliver candidates and the client moves forward from this point, it depends on the use that each client gives to the candidates that the software finds. In this sense, the average vacancy closing rate is not that high as well as our executive search service, which provides consultancy and follow-up on vacancies.

There are 3 main differences: 1. In the marketplace we do not use headhunting, mapping or advertising for the vacancy. 2. On the marketplace we do not guarantee a minimum level of candidate delivery. 3. In the marketplace there are no consultants evaluating the subjective and objective aspects of the vacancy; the match is done via algorithms, which currently are not as assertive as a specialized headhunter. 4. In the marketplace, we do not evaluate the professional specifically for the project, that is, there is no guarantee that the professional will have a high performance in the role. 5. In the marketplace, we do not monitor and mediate the interface between company and candidate, leaving this job to the company’s HR.

In this service, it is the client who does all the work of inviting candidates from our database for their vacancies. As candidates appear almost instantly after creating the vacancy, the effective deadline depends on the client and not on Foursales’ team.

First you will sign up your vacancy in our software. Once you are signed up, we automatically run a search based on the job criteria. You receive a list of all applicants from the bank that meet the criteria (names and contact information are hidden). Invite candidates that you deem appropriate for the project. Receive the full name and contacts of those who accept your invitation. Evaluate the candidates you want and only pay us if you hire any of the nominees.
